Our retreats welcome people who live strenuous lives and/or are feeling burnt out. We offer a complete experience of rest, recuperation and re-evaluation in a stunning natural environment.
The 7-day retreat offers:
- Practical support and therapeutic sessions with specialists working in the field of burnout prevention and recovery
- Time for quiet and exercise (meditation, scenic walks, etc.)
- Beautiful accommodation in orange grove with private pool

Group sessions
Experience shows the importance of sharing and learning from one another. As a group we come together three times a day for short, facilitated sessions focusing on Image Work, Transactional Analysis (TA), or Constellation work. Other sessions include guided relaxation, meditation and visualisation.
Individual sessions
Every participant is consulted initially to help customise the retreat and arrange appointments for homeopathic consultation, coaching, counselling and personal development. Throughout the week, participants receive one-to-one sessions in which individual needs are addressed.
Also available are physical therapies, such as massage, reflexology and acupuncture. Two of these are included in the course fee. Additional physical therapy sessions are available at extra cost
Follow up support for recovery from burnout
We provide one-to-one phone sessions as well as personal weekend retreats in either Lewes, England, or Orgiva, Spain.
Retreats for couples
Usually, when one person in a family or relationship decides to 'stop and re-examine' it affects everyone involved. For this reason we offer 10% discounts for couples.
